1. Identify and develop new audience to increase impression share, customer segmentation, gap identification, responsible for campaign deliverables.
2. Understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition. In-depth knowledge of Google AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, experience with B2C social media and web Analytic tools (Google analytics, etc.).
3. Work on SEO planning and execution to drive organic conversion, SEM, Affiliate, email, WhatsApp, social media, content and Creatives. Work with third parties to drive low-cost user acquisition and transactions.
4. Competitor analysis and trend monitoring. Co-ordinate with the external Marketing agency for accurate reports on overall performance of the marketing campaign.
5. MIS reporting. Content writing, worked on blogs infographics is a plus.
6. Any other activity related to Digital Social Media Marketing which the Corporate Branding Marketing team may explore from time to time.
