	- Ability to read and create process models and description and perform gap analysis between As-Is” and “To-Be” integration / API solution with minimal assistance.
- Ability to translate business language to technical terminology
- Experience with data modeling, information management, and data flows
- 3+ years of analysis and specification development required
- 3+ years of interface and/or integration platform experience helpful
- Proficiency with information technologies in a secure network environment
