JOB DETAIL
Roles and Responsibilities:
Executing the business development plan which will include ATL and BTL activities.
Managing education fairs, seminars, and other business promotion activities.
Generating qualified leads and strictly meeting the student enrolment targets.
Approaching colleges and schools for student engagement activities
Key Account Management/ Relationship building with Colleges and Schools.
Conduct events & activities in colleges and Schools and capture leads
Provides accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts
Should have strong Institutional stakeholder connections and should be able to deliver Seminars, Webinars, and Workshops inside potential institutions.
Conduct competition intelligence and benchmarking of products/services, and market activities.
Provide insights and feedback on market opportunities and challenges, new business channels, and competition activity to the management.
Build and manage a strong student ambassador network from across all types of institutions.
Digital Marketing knowledge will be an added advantage
Key Requirements:
Education Qualification: Any Graduate with preferably an MBA (Marketing)
Total 3 + of experience in Education Industry/Profit Center Management
Hands-on experience in building brands, marketing/sales management, and in developing and growing business
Strong interpersonal, and English communication skills and the ability to successfully network with internal and external stakeholders
Strong analytical skills to understand data, analyze market size and potential, and tap existing and new business opportunities
Must be passionate about sales and customer success, and should have single-minded drive for target achievement
