Purpose: The role holder is responsible to drive the EN Segments , vertical shall be decided, he shall focus growth areas for Managed Network Business, Managed WIFI, GMPLS, DDoS & Internet He/she will be a creative problem-solver who can deliver competitive solutions to their clients.
Main Priorities:
- He/She shall be responsible for the overall Telecom BU order book in the region & shall own the same. Shall be a Team Player.
- He/She shall be responsible for critical hygiene activities in the region including monitoring the SFA entries in a bucketised format clearly, for every product SUB- LOB, for every engagement
- He/She shall be responsible for developing the Global MPLS business in the region & shall own the Order Book numbers for the region
- He/She shall be responsible for the Services Attach Business in the region & shall own the order book numbers for the region
- He/She shall be responsible for the Order Book to Revenue Recognition conversion for the region
- Needs to work very closely with the Business Solution team on understanding the solution and also ensuring that solution captured in the proposal favors Sify.
- Needs to get involve with the Product on the winning Pricing theme.
- Need to closely work with Technology team for right strategy in place for winning the engagement
Skills/ Knowledge:
- Experience in consultative Selling New Age services like Managed services, SDWAN, IOT, Knowledge on Fundamentals of Cloud, understanding of service provider life cycle management & Telecom Networks Services, self-starter, excellent presentation skills and ability to drive & orchestrate business engagement with CXOs.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to influence key decisions makers in the C-Suite, evangelizing the benefits of Sifys Offerings in creating a Business impact for customers.
- Widespread Industry experience in Business Development with deep connections with the target industries in the defined Territory.
- Entrepreneurial outlook • Strong Communication skills (Both written & verbal) and aggressive selling skills
- Teaming, liasoning, relationship Management, negotiation &business knowledge.
