Roles and Responsibilities
- Draft content for the clients marketing materials including but not limited to blogs, social media posts, flyers, web pages, etc.
- Draft scripts for videos.
- Coordinate with Graphic Designers to create social media posts and get it approved by Management and/or Compliance Review team.
- Publish/Schedule posts on social media pages.
- Review the comments and messages received on social media and customer review sites (Birdeye, Zillow, Google Reviews). Co-ordinate with teams to determine the response to be provided. Respond to the comments and messages.

- Excellent written communication skills and good at finding content through online research and available marketing materials
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams
