- Craft project estimates and plans.
- Establish and manage the project process.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, scope, and budgets.

Skills Required :
- Min 3 years experience in managing Digital HR/HR technology projects
- Understanding of HR Systems, Conversational AI (Chatbots), NLP & RPA
- Knowledge on Artificial Intelligence & Intelligent Automation in HR domain
- Understanding of business case creation & Technology Project lifecycle
- Knowledge of Project Management principles & the challenges of managing large scale technology projects
- Experience of implementing chatbot or RPA bots is preferred.
Experience :4-6 yrs of relevant exp
