Roles and Responsibilities
- Go through the requirement at hand and discuss \ brainstorm with business functions.
- Gap Analysis and Documentation - Suggest technical solutions for the requirements.
- Coordinate with Vendor partners for feasibility, estimations, solutioning.
- Review code quality, defect fixes etc.
- Coordinate Helpdesk \ IT Services team for support on issues faced in production environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical skills and capability to generate solutions for requirements\issues.
- MS SQL and database management working knowledge will be preferred.
- Experience / Knowledge on API, Core Java, Jboss, Node JS will be preferred.
Educational Qualification
- Minimum Bachelors Degree (BTech, BE, BCA, BCom, BSc-Computer Science; BCA & Engineering Graduates are preferred) with 3-6 years of relevant experience in Web Applications \ Support.
- Understanding of Life Insurance business processes, sales and operational processes.
