Take over key accounts from business development team.
Coordinate with customer, business development and operation team to ensure best service
and support with goal of achieving customer delight.
Define KPI’s for customer and track them to enhance repeat sales.
Ensures subscription revenue target and client retention.
Increase repeat orders from an account.
Upsell and Crosssell to the existing customers.
Dealing with Contractors, Builders, Corporates and Institutions.
Assist in the execution of the Go-To-Market plans and the sales operations.
Building and maintaining the relationship with partners key decision makers.

A team player with excellent analytical, problem solving skills
Experience in B2B selling of electrical and IoT based automation solutions/products.
Should have strong effective communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and able to independently manage the clients.
MBA or Bachelor degree in electrical or software related discipline or equivalent
Experience of 1-3 years in B2B as KAM in IoT/SaaS domain.
