Youll work closely with the project management team to understand business requirements from sales and marketing and develop solutions to directly support productivity. You have a strong Salesforce developer background and can work both independently on projects and collaborate well as a team member to tackle sales most pressing issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implement, integrate, troubleshoot, and fix issues between Salesforce and other systems including, but not limited to CPQ, Marketo, NetSuite, and Community portal in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Create custom object and perform coding and programming as needed.

Scope and execute project plans with multiple stakeholders, including the Project Management team, other internal business leads in a collaborative manner.

Manage and respond to issues via ticketing system to ensure sales and stakeholders receive prompt, efficient service; be ultimately responsible for users satisfaction.

Apply technical knowledge and Salesforce development experience working with the team leader and other developer to design creative, feasible solution options.

Serve as senior member of a matrixed Salesforce team to ensure timely, regularly scheduled delivery of user improvements and enhancements by effectively using Agile methodology.

Ensure business and operational readiness for deployment of system enhancements, new products, and process changes; working with team to support end-user training.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 5 years of product management and/or system development experience required.

Strong knowledge of API, SOQL, APEX, Visual Force, JavaScript, and CPQ configuration required.

Extensive experience in customizations, configurations in CPQ

Ability to provide technical knowledge and drive innovation amidst uncertainty and ambiguity.

Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and solutions clearly and effectively.

Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.

Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelors Degree required
