Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the orientation of new employees, process probationary reviews, employee evaluations and terminations.
- Managing general HR activities such as employee verification, induction, Exit process, background verification
- Conduct employee engagement Activities
- managing candidates fitment with existing team parity for hiring
- Managing employee mobility (Visas, Forex, overseas insurance etc)
- Managing Rewards & Recognition
- Onboarding of new employees and induction
- Maintain records in SAP and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers etc.
- Preparation and collection of documents of the leaving employee like Exit Interview Forms, Getting clearance from all Departments, Full & Final Settlement
- Tracking Transfer /Promotion and closing positions as per salary reckoned
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience should be between 4 to 7 years in all employee engagement activity and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to act independently and drive HR activities with minimal oversight and guidance
- The ability to work quickly, flexibly, effectively, and positively in response to requests made at short notice.
- Knowledge of candidates fitment with existing team parity for hiring
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Organized with a keen eye for detail
- Proficient on MS-Office (excel, PPT i.e.)
