Roles and Responsibilities
Marco Role: Technical support, Marketing, Promotion, Documentation.
1. To support customers with technical information with respect to installation and troubleshooting.
2. Generate analysis report of the queries faced during customer support & update it to Product Management & Marketing team to take required action in order to make customer support documents.
3. Responsible for updating quality issues to Product Management / BD Support to generate the new leads from support activities, co-ordination with sale follow-up with Sales & Marketing team.
4. Field visit if necessary as per the requirement.
