JD for VMware Administrator;-

Must have exp on Implementation, Configuration, Upgradation & Deployment of VMware Virtualization

Worked on different VMware products on ESXi 6.0 and above.

Creating Clusters, Configuring HA, DRS and vMotion.

Creation of VMs and installing different guest OS like windows and Linux flavors.

Performing Snapshots, Cloning, cold migrations and hot migrations.

P2V and V2V conversions by using VMware Converter.

Configure Virtual Networks on Standard and Distributed switches.

Configure Security and load balancing policies on the Virtual switches.

Setting up NIC teaming and failover / failback policies.

Configure Alarms, Host profiles, Scheduled Tasks, Distributed Power Management (DPM) and Fault Tolerance (FT).

Also worked on vCenter plugins like Update manager, guided consolidation and vCenter Converter.
