Roles and Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, screen, interview, and assess high volumes of candidates for exempt and non- exempt roles to exceed the client's needs and expectations
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS is accurate
- Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates
- Tracking and monitoring confidential candidate information
- Overseeing the background and pre-employment screening process
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and facilitate positive candidate experiences
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery as per client standards
- Ensure consistent productivity & accuracy performance as per team requirements
- Prompt response to queries from Internal or External stakeholders
- Review and suggest updates for Standard Operating Procedures
- Handle critical and higher difficult client request
- Designing and Understanding the making of Error Trend Reports
- Identify, share, support, and implement operational improvements
- Follow Data Security and Code of Conduct standard
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelors Degree (non-technical)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient level skill with Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to prioritize and plan in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Anyone with 3-6 years of work experience.
- Willing to work in 24/7 shift. Comfortable in Night Shift.
