JOB DETAIL

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source, recruit, screen, interview, and assess high volumes of candidates for exempt and non- exempt roles to exceed the client's needs and expectations
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS is accurate
  • Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates
  • Tracking and monitoring confidential candidate information
  • Overseeing the background and pre-employment screening process
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and facilitate positive candidate experiences
  • Ensure timely and accurate service delivery as per client standards
  • Ensure consistent productivity & accuracy performance as per team requirements
  • Prompt response to queries from Internal or External stakeholders
  • Review and suggest updates for Standard Operating Procedures
  • Handle critical and higher difficult client request
  • Designing and Understanding the making of Error Trend Reports
  • Identify, share, support, and implement operational improvements
  • Follow Data Security and Code of Conduct standard

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors Degree (non-technical)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient level skill with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to prioritize and plan in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
  • Anyone with 3-6 years of work experience.
  • Willing to work in 24/7 shift. Comfortable in Night Shift.
