Responsible as the first point of contact for machine deliveries, logistics payment follow up.

Work start from order receiving till payment receive from client.

Order timely processing with production team and tracking with accuracy and timely delivery and payment.

Follow up with sales team, production team, client and management with timely manner for order query.

Coordinating with internal team for machine delivery. Sorts and prioritizes goods for delivery and delivers to specific client locations.

Manage delivery schedule to insure services are consistently delivered in a timely and efficient manner.

Timely follow up with client for payment.

Connect with client after getting machine order and give expected time of delivery.

Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete.

Update system on daily basis with all deliveries and payment.

Strictly follow company delivery and payment policy.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Good written verbal communication skills.

Experience as a delivery payment coordinator may be advantageous.

Good team development and leadership skills.

Good administrative, Computer Literacy, Organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks, work in a fast- paced environment and meet deadlines.
