JOB DETAIL

Responsibilities:

  • Business Management/Strategy Development:
    • Develop strategies and business plans with Regional Business Managers, CE, government team and execute against metrics and milestones to drive business growth and revenue targets through Automation wins.
    • End to end responsibility of Automation projects (Lead to Delivery Pre Sales + Project Delivery)
    • Participate in Funnel Management and work with RBM s on creating and nurturing Automation Funnel
    • Ownership for successful implementation of the Automation Deals (ensuring Quality of delivery as per Deal Agreements)
    • Ensure required resourcing for the Post Sales Delivery Phase , Collaboration with other functions, support to Project Manager
    • Analyze the performance against KPI s and work with CE team for counter measures/ corrective actions
    • Process implementation Key account management and account planning

 

  • Client Engagement:
    • Create an account plan to engage all key stakeholder for the respective account by involving all internal key stake holders.
    • Ensure team is focused on conducting CME s and educational programs at all S and A clients to improve retention/ competition win rate.
    • Engage C-Suite with focused activities like Executive Business Reviews, IDC visits and other engagement activities.
    • Regularly visit to Key accounts, gather Voice of Customer and report back to the leadership in order to enhance our ability to shape customer experiences and strategies

 

  • Business Partnership:
    • Manage Top Competitive accounts and drive the actions to convert them on Beckman products
    • Market visibility: Create a complete account map with the help of sales team to ensure complete account and market visibility.

 

  • Team Management:
    • Recruit, build and nurture a top-class Automation team with right actions based on performance and caliber of the team.
    • Create opportunities for required Niche Skill Development for identified team members (Trainings Job Shadowing Exposures)
