Roles and Responsibilities
	- Undertaking all customer support tasks in external facilities.
- Provide support to clients in any issue they are facing.
- Manage all on-site technical support.
- Trouble-shooting.
- Installations and test activities Diagnose technical problems in laptop and desktop.
- Adherence to company s procedures and protocols
- Cooperate with technical team
- Ensure timely resolutions to customers.
- Windows configuration.
- Outlook configuration and Providing troubleshooting.
- Install /Relocate Desktops,printers ETC
Desired Candidate Profile
Should have double dose vaccinated.
Should have CCNA certified.
