Roles and Responsibilities

  • Undertaking all customer support tasks in external facilities.
  • Provide support to clients in any issue they are facing.
  • Manage all on-site technical support.
  • Trouble-shooting.
  • Installations and test activities Diagnose technical problems in laptop and desktop.
  • Adherence to company s procedures and protocols
  • Cooperate with technical team
  • Ensure timely resolutions to customers.
  • Windows configuration.
  • Outlook configuration and Providing troubleshooting.
  • Install /Relocate Desktops,printers ETC

Desired Candidate Profile

Should have double dose vaccinated.

Should have CCNA certified.
