	- Hands on experience in IT Ecommerce.
	- HR Responsibilities: Sourcing resumes from portals, taking initial interviews, handling Joining, salary negotiations etc.
	- Administrative functions, Employee Verifications, Attendance Leave Management, Exit formalities.
	- Office Operation: Logistic Operation, Inventory Stock Management, Vendor Management (with price negotiation)
	- Ecommerce Operation: Order Management, Product Inventory Price Management, POD Update, Product Listing.
Desired Candidate Profile
	- Any degree with 1-2 years relevant experience.
	- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
	- Strong Interpersonal skills presentation skills.
	- Understanding of HR policies process.
