Position: US IT Recruiter
Location: Remote Till Pandemic and then Hybrid (Office in Gurgaon)
Shift Timings: 1930-0430 hrs IST (EST Shift)
Position Purpose: The main responsibility of the Recruiter will be to actively source, build and maintain a network of placeable candidates for our clients. The Intake Recruiter will be responsible for all steps associated with sourcing and delivering qualified, diverse candidates directly to internal recruitment teams.
The position will require excellent organizational skills and the ability to function in a fast-paced, open concept, numbers-driven environment. Good time management skills are key to successfully work on multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously. Accuracy, complete information and timeliness are required for all tasks. Consistent and frequent follow-up is necessary to maintain information flow. The position works very closely with the recruitment and sales support teams; therefore, it is necessary to work effectively in an ever-changing environment. They must interact with a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times in order to ensure the high standards of their client and Pro Count Staffing brands are maintained.
Qualifications:
- Quality candidates must demonstrate a willingness to complete repetitive tasks in a high volume, time-sensitive environment and manage competing priorities.
- A minimum of a graduate degree.
- Have prior experience and exposure in IT recruiting/sourcing.
- Demonstrates strong time management and organizational skills to meet daily and weekly metrics.
- A confident, results-oriented, self-motivated, smart, tenacious, honest, competitive team player with a track record of high performance.
Key Responsibilities & Accountability:
- Assist with recruitment for Intermediate to Senior level positions. This includes sourcing, pre-screening and referring qualified candidates from Technology background.
- Utilize recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals interested in employment.
- Utilize job boards (Monster, Dice, LinkedIn RPS & Careerbuilder) to identify talent and build an available candidate pool.
- Assist with the identification and sourcing of candidates for niche searches
- Utilize LinkedIn and other social media outlets for outside of the box searches on an ongoing basis.
- Utilize Bullhorn (ATS) to maintain contact and relationships with candidates on an ongoing basis in an attempt to keep kiosk current and active.
- Evaluate all resumes received and select only candidates that are appropriate to enter into the interview process.
- Update and maintain candidate information in Bullhorn on a timely and consistent basis to ensure records are kept current and active.
