Job Title: IT Recruiter
Shift Timings: 12pm-9pm IST , M-F
Job Location: Location: Remote Till Pandemic and then Hybrid (Office in Gurgaon)
Description: The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding deadlines.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Majorly working on end-to-end recruitment (Sourcing, Screening & Scheduling) and meeting hiring goals for in-house recruitment.
- Hiring for various positions of Tech with an upper hand on catering to the technology positions.
- Handling the post interview activities and maintaining database of potential candidates.
Skills Required:
- 1+ years of experience supporting in-house recruitments with sound knowledge of full cycle recruiting.
- 1+ years of experience in hiring for technology roles across various domains and industries.
- Experience with resume databases, ATS and referral programs.
- Extensive experience in conducting various types of interviews.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
