Roles and Responsibilities:
- Calling existing and potential customers to help them buying company products.
- Accurately recording details of customers daily in CRM.
- Managing customer details by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with
company products.
- Developing and sustaining relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Using sales scripts prescribed by the company to drive sales and respond to customer
objections
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company products to make suitable recommendations
based on customers' needs and preferences.
- Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and
sales.
Requirements:
- Effective communication skills.
- Proven experience working as Tele sales
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor's degree in any subject.
- The ability to follow scripts.
