JOB DETAIL

  • Generate Tender leads through various online & offline sources

  • Should lead and handle complete Tenders
  • Assist team in preparation till submission of e-tenders on the e-portals
  • Providing an comprehensive support for preparation of bid and perform duties
  • Reviewing and evaluating the enquiry documentation - the Client’s specified requirements and preparation of Bid synopsis highlighting the salient, commercial & technical features
  • Development of the proposal strategy, tendering schedule & report the tendering status through weekly reviews
  • Understanding the process of Bid preparation for participating in all Govt tenders included in bid submission and guidance to the team for preparation of requisite bid along with all requisite supporting documents following with the price (under guidance / discussion with the Higher Authorities)
  • Preparation of Risk Review of the project and submit the same to MD for approval
  • Co-ordination of activities in the tender preparation and the timely submission of a tender
  • Obtaining necessary approvals to prepare and submit a tender in accordance with policy directives & review of complete tender prior to submission
  • Identify & execute the different registrations required for tenders
  • Follow-up with respective agencies for techno-commercial approvals & release of payment
  • Liasioning with respective authorities for execution of overall tender process
  • Making pre visits to prospective customers for product promotions
  • Maintaining documentation and record of the tender processes
  • Coordination with production & QC team for delivery lead time within stipulated period
  • Comfortable with new ideas, tender management, pre-bid meetings, business meets & exhibitions, technical presentation, data management & communication with government officials etc
  • Good written & verbal communication skills
  • Experience in bids for Tenders /Government sales/Online Bidding/GeM/Buisness Development/ and Project Management
  • Good team development and leadership skills
  • Good administrative, Computer Literacy, Organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, work in a fast- paced environment and meet deadlines
