Position : Python Developer

Years of Experience : 3 to 7 Years

Work Location : Bangalore , Delhi/NCR , Pune

Desired Notice : Immediate to Max 30 days

Mandate Check for Python Developer :
1. Experience in Python Developer role.
2. Experience in Numpy & Panda.
3. Experience in ETL / Data Projects.
4. Good Communication skills.
5. Notice Period : Only Immediate Joiners or Max 30 Days.

Roles & responsibilities:

Data Capture
1. Expanding and improving on the current Python based ETL process that takes data from monthly flat files and loads them into the Sqlite data warehouse.
2. Working with third party administrators to transition from a monthly flat file data feed to a daily API feed off data into the Sqlite data warehouse.
3. Improve and expand upon the current exception reporting that is used to verify the quality of data received from third party administrators or captured internally.
4. Improve and expand upon the controls that exist for loading data into the Sqlite data warehouse.
5. Work with volante offshore outsourced partners to document the Claims Data Capture process.
6. Work with volante offshore outsourced partners to train team members on Claims Data Capture.

Reporting
1. Expanding upon the current Power Bi Claims Reporting, addressing inaccuracies, and improving quality and quantity of information available.
2. Improving on the current Bordereau production process, focusing on
a) Ensuring all required data is provided.
b) Bordereau can be produced and distributed in a simple and timely manner.
c) Work with volante offshore outsourced partners to document the Claims Bordereau process.
3. Expanding on the current Flat file reporting that is distributed via Python.
4. Work with the other functional areas of the business to improve or implement claims reporting where required.
5. Work with volante offshore outsourced partners to document processes for Claims Reporting.
6. Work with volante offshore outsourced partners to train team members on Claims Reporting.

Ad hoc work
1. Regularly provide reports on progress to Data & Reporting Analyst.
2. Proactively raise requests for more work if capacity permits.
3. Support the Data & Reporting Analyst on other MI & Reporting work if capacity permits.
