  • Assist the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
  • Prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
  • Coordinate with Operations Team and communicate with customers to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
  • Manage Job Plan and track shipment of goods according to customer requirements.
  • Liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the clients needs, cost and time restraints.
  • Maintain organized sales records.
  • Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling queries by phone.
