Ratna Sagar Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Administrative/Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the sales and other stakeholders of the company.
This position will act as a liaison between all the concerned internal and external stakeholders of the company.
Role - Administrative /Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
Operation Management
- Procss orders. Ensure they are timely released.
- Be the point of contact when sales representative/s are not available.
- Provide support and assistance in troubleshooting and working on solutions for internal teams and external stakeholders clients etc.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure orders and deliveries are handled effectively.
- Ensure that the service level agreements for all categories of requests are met as per established standards/targets.

- Keep a track of pending processes/requests and ensure timely escalation
- Coordinate with inventory or supply chain teams for promotional materials etc.
- Be stringent on follow-ups.
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned
MIS & Reports Generation:-
- Provide support and maintenance to the management information systems (MIS).
- Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
- Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the Manager.
- Maintain the confidentiality of documents
Skills and Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, optimistic, detail-oriented, and have a strong sense of urgency as we are heavily deadline-driven.
- 8 - 10 years of experience in a similar role
- Qualification Graduate from a relevant stream from an institute of repute
- Experience of working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Ability to understand sales team concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Good computer skills (MS Office).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills should be able to communicate independently with the stakeholders
- Multitasking
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
