Act as the go-to expert on all things Pardot and Salesforce, developing strategy and setting priorities for development roadmap along with platform head
Partner with Marketing to define, build, and continuously improve marketing data visualization trough actionable marketing dashboards
Continually gather requirements from users and implement improvements
Stay up-to-date with the latest releases from Salesforce and Pardot in order to identify and implement the most relevant new functionalities
Identify and implement opportunities for increased productivity through workflows and 3rd party integrations
Collaborate with Sales Management to help define and improve sales team processes that operate within Salesforce
Maintain and improve reporting infrastructure
