Responsible for resolving/handling end-user tickets for SAP Business One and CRM.
Issue identification, logging and resolution
Performing the Gap Analysis of the existing business processes and documenting the same
Install and configure business applications
Generate Reports for Senior Management as per the business requirements
Streamline existing processes in the system
Identify current blocks and hindrances in the system and resolve the same for smooth functioning of the system
Manage Business Partner Master data settings, BP Roles, No ranges, Groupings, and Views according to business requirements
Configure Business roles
Improve and streamline sales process including- sales order, Opportunities, Quotation,
Coordinate with technical team members to reach the technical requirements.
Prepare documentation and training/user manuals for business processes
Good knowledge in Sales, Purchases, Inventory, Finance, Banking and MRP Modules in SAP Business One.
Good knowledge of Administration, Master data, Sales opportunities, Sales A/R, Inventory, Purchase A/P, Financials, Banking, Profit centre, MRP, Service and Human Resource Modules.
Knowledge in Print Layout Designer, Crystal Reports Dashboards, SQL queries
Testing of various business scenarios (UAT)
Providing CRM functional design solutions
Identifying and administering CRM best business practices as per business standards for functional processes.
Excellent Knowledge of SAP Business One version 9.3 and above
Strong knowledge of various business processes like supply chain, finance, PL, Balance sheet, inventory etc.
Strong understanding of Data Migration tools
Good proven written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a collaborative group setting.
Ability to work independently, as well as with cross-functional teams, including remote team members.
