Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
Managing job posting on all job boards & social media platforms.
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, naukri, linkedIn etc
Screen candidates resumes and job applications and conduct interviews.
Use reliable selection tools/methods to filter candidates and speed up process
Providing required insights related to Talent Acquisition
Must to have:
Graduate or equivalent degree with specialization in Science
Learning Agility, Positive Attitude, Effective written & verbal Communication, should be a team Player
Hands on experience of managing recruitment of Healthcare/Medical Equipment/ Medical Devices industry
