Roles and Responsibilities

Business Experience

Should have 7-15 years of experience in Equipment Lending or SME or any financial product more as a direct sales, preferably in healthcare and/or machinery &tools.

Should have worked in the same or similar product or can be from Healthcare Equipment background.

Should know the customers and the vendors/oems of the area which he is covering and have a good relationship with them Should be aware of the competitors, their strengths and weakness and ability/vision to create a niche for PFL.

Knowledge Base

Should know the product and its multiple offerings.

Should have basic knowledge of reading financials

Should know the various segments of healthcare ( e.g. Radiology, pathology, ophthalmology) their products and business nuances

Should have knowledge of area in terms of customer behaviuor, competition offerings, medical hubs and coverage.
