Roles & Responsibilities

• Must have experience on at least one cloud technology (AWS, Azure)

• Must have hand on experience in installation and configuration of latest network security devices.

• Expert level experience with Barracuda, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto min 3 platforms.

• Hardening the security devices as per the best practices.

• Participate in conference calls on technical issues with various teams and provide solutions.

• Firewall/IPS/IDS and other security devices policy fine-tuning.

• Preparing POAs for critical activities and implementing the same.

• Preparing the SOPs for device configurations & troubleshooting.

• Experience in ISO and ITIL Processes adherence (Incident, Problem, Change, Capacity, Configuration and Release Management).

• Minimum one Security Product Professional Certification CCNA Security /CCSA etc.,

• Develop and maintain architecture diagrams and documents.

• Able to learn new technologies within the given time.

• Logical and Analytical approach to issues on hand

• Good Communication skills and able to clearly articulate the actions and directions.

• Propose latest technologies and innovation in domain.

• Interact with Application architecture team for designing IT Infrastructure.

• Leading Installation & Implementation for key Projects

• Maintain documentation during the Design, installation, and implementation process.

• Help and support BAU team for any critical incident or task.

• Support Change and Capacity Planning .
