As Assistant Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment function that includes sourcing, meeting the companys hiring numbers, pipeline development, and raising the bar of talent that comes to the company. It is a highly collaborative and visible role interacting with leaders across the organization to execute hiring plans
The individual will be a dynamic and creative thinker, with experience in talent acquisition across functions. The incumbent will be metrics-driven and hence will help build a culture of accountability and a solid sense of performance-based outcomes
This position reports to the Head of Human Resources
What you’ll be doing:
Manage and monitor end-to-end recruitment cycle, starting from sourcing, talent acquisition/pipeline development, onboarding, etc.
Lead, manage, and develop the TA team while providing an inclusive environment
Source, engage, and attract top talent for SandMartin, to drive growth across business units
Partner with business leaders, developing a deep understanding of their talent requirements and priorities
Responsible for defining and maintaining key Talent Acquisition matrices, reporting goals, and data analytics to assess recruitment process effectiveness including - Quality, TAT, CPH, and other hiring metrics
Stay up to date on labour legislation and inform the team and managers about changes in regulations
Manage the ATS, ensure its adoption
Developing proactive sourcing strategies to engage and develop a pipeline of passive talent apart from the active pool
Manage the external recruitment agency process in consultation with the Head of HR
Act as an ambassador of SandMartin, sharing our value proposition to increase and strengthen our brand in the market

What you’ll need:
A bachelor’s/post graduate degree
7-11 years’ experience in a corporate recruitment role
Experience working in a service/outsourcing company
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate effectively
Strong understanding of the complete recruiting function, including research, sourcing, networking, behavior-based interviewing, and closing
A passion for recruiting and the candidate experience and providing timely, thoughtful, and high-touch interactions with candidates and hiring managers, during every stage of the process
