  • Act on the service requests raised by the inter-department or management and complete the tasks within the set SLAs
  • Aiding service requests around Development, Quality Assurance (Testing), and other essential segments of an engineering lifecycle
  • Perform activities like reconciliation, claiming Coop funds to maintain the hygiene of rebates and discounts from the vendor


  • Must be graduate at-least in BTech/BCA
  • Hands On Knowledge on MS Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Open to Learning new skills and implementing the same as per the requirement
