The candidate will be working in the Employees Welfare Plan's department and will be responsible to take care of end to end US EWP process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- You will be analyzing various types of retirement/cafeteria plans in order to ensure eligibility and allocation compliance.
- Preparation of various governmental filing viz. Form 5500, PBGC filing & Form 5330
- Working on various globally recognized Retirement / Cafeteria Planning software's used across the Industry
- You must adhere to in order to stay in compliance with ERISA, DOL, and IRS regulations
- Based on the job requirement of dealing in real term dollars you will be expected to maintain 99.5% accuracy under client SLA
- Highlight issues through feedback & recommend changes in workflows, procedures & service levels to meet client needs & ensure quality service at all times
- Grow and nurture client relationships in every interaction that results in measurable value creation.
Requirements:
- This opportunity is only for freshers
- Your percentages shouldn't be below 60% in class 10th , 12th and, in graduation.
- Good English communication skills are a must.
