- Stakeholders in upholding and enhancing the Brand Image and Customer Service Standards.
- Complete Knowledge about the Brand and the Fragrances in the store.
- Accomplishes sales objectives by forecasting requirements.
- Maintains and expands customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key customers
- Organize and attend Brand Promotional Events.
- Compliance of the visual merchandising Standards.
- Relationship building - Externally, with customers and suppliers. Internally with different related and supporting departments.
- Maintains a comprehensive customer database including requirements & identifies new customer opportunities
- Inventory management and control through ensuring 100% compliance of Standard Operation Procedure.
- Complies with all loss prevention and safety policies and procedures.
- Complies with all rules and Regulations, discipline and grooming standards of the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile
Good English Communication is a must.
1-2 years of Experience Handling Fragrance Brands.
