Job Description of the position are as follow:

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree in International Business/ Any bachelor degree

Any Master degree

0.6-2 years of experience required.

Experience from Recruitment consulting will be preferable.

Job responsibilities:

• As a Business Development Executive, you will evangelize and generate revenue for the business.
• Identify new market opportunities in the region through proactive outreach
• Contribute to strategy in generating, developing and realizing business growth opportunities
• Utilize business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify clients, generate interest and develop accounts
• Use a consultative approach throughout to map prospect accounts and their decision-making process, so that you can engage with senior stakeholders and create the account.
• Analyze trends, prepare and conduct presentations, and drive effective communications with the prospects clients.

• Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• A team player whos comfortable with collaboration, and who brings a positive energy to client meetings, internal discussions and the office
