Roles and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads depending on the
product/service we sell in the market.
2. Generate leads for staff augmentation to develop business from different sources like LinkedIn and other social
media or communities.
3. Gather relevant information by utilizing multiple open sources.
4. Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
5. Prepare and analyze leads pipeline, and reports and update the lead status on the excel on a
daily basis.
6. Willingness to learn new tools for Email finding, Email Validation, Email Campaigning, etc.
 

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Must be experienced in IT Staffing of Domestic Market.

2. From IT Industry or Recruitment/Staffing Industry.

3. Ready to work from Office-Noida
