JOB-DESCRIPTION:

 

1. DETAILS OF THE JOB: -

Designation & Job: Deputy Manager - HRIS

Work Location: Noida

Reporting Managers. Director & Head - HRIS

2. PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

You will be part of our Global HRIS Application technical team. You will have ample opportunity to learn new skills and participate in ongoing projects of HRIS Application and its respective Integration.

You will be an internal techno/functional consultant, providing technical/Functional guidance or business process expertise on PeopleSoft 9.2 HRMS incidents, problems and enhancements or providing solutions to various PeopleSoft 9.2 HRMS matters from a technical or business standpoint and ensure on-time delivery.

You will involve into development of application and will be working with technical team

of HRIS.

 

3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Accountabilities

PeopleSoft HRIS 9.2

  • The candidate will be working on technical support/ enhancements for HCM PeopleSoft 9.2

modules

  • Depth working Experience in People Code, CI, App Engine, XML Publisher, AWE, building SQL

Queries, Data mining etc.

  • Must have techno/ functional working experience on HRIS modules like Core HR, Recruiting,

Profile Management, Talent & Succession planning, AI ML and workings on Bolt on/

Customizations in HRIS application.

  • Experience in requirement gathering, understanding of the requirements,
  • design documentation; Coding, development of assigned work, Testing, support for UAT,

Migration from one instance to another instance, Data update in test and production.

  • Provide a high level of Customer Service to stakeholders, by resolving issues in a timely manner

ensuring minimal interruption of service for the PeopleSoft 9.2 HRMS applications.

  • He / She should be able to communicate to core business users.
  • He/ She will work to enable best practices of HCM.
  • Need to track changes and should communicate effectively to all core business users
  • Will participate in Tools and application upgrade
  • Application walkthrough to Core user and functional HR team.
  • Expert in integrations (with files and web services)

 

4. KEY INTERFACES

External Interfaces: -Interface with Third party application technical team

Internal Interfaces: -Interface with Core Users and HR team. Interface with Technical team of QlikView and AD etc.

 

5. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Education Qualification: -BE or BTECH (Computer Science & Eng.)

Experience Range: -5-10 years

 

Desirable experience:

I) 5-10 Years in People Soft Application

ii) Hands on in Development, People Code, SQR, AWE & CI

iii) Experience and good exposure in PeopleSoft 9.2

Candidate should have worked in Modules - CORE HR, ESS, MSS, Recruitment, PMS, Profile

management, Position Management & TSP

 

6. SKILLS REQUIRED:

Functional Skills

  • People Code, SQR, Application Engine, Excel to CI, SQL queries & Application Designer
  • Must have functional knowledge on HRIS Modules like CORE HR, ESS, MSS, Recruitment,

PMS, Profile management, Position Management & TSP

  • Must have experience in development and support of PeopleSoft HRMS.
  • Must have experience with ERP integrations or other third party tools
  • Must have technical knowledge of web services for integrations.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical

concepts in business terms.

  • Willingness to proactively work with various business and IT stakeholders; schedule and lead

video / conference calls to own the problem and get it resolved.

  • Results oriented with the ability to demonstrate strong creative and analytical problem solving skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to work well on cross-functional teams and foster team commitment to tasks.
