We are looking for people with min 3 year of L2 Desktop Support experience for ITES Company based out of Noida.

 

Job Description:

 

-Provide L2 Level Customer Support

 

- Provide exceptional support while communicating and assisting customers. Ensure that high quality standards are maintained for all customer interactions and issue resolutions.

 

- Resolve tickets Analyze customer reported information to identify problems and concerns.

 

- Perform problem research and testing when necessary.

 

- Deliver high quality and timely resolutions to problems.

 

- Initiate follow-up to other service areas when appropriate.

 

- Perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary.

 

Eligibility:

 

- 3 plus year of experience in Desktop Support

 

- Good communication skills

 

Educational Qualification:

 

Only Tech Graduates : ( Btech's / B.E's / B.SC-- Cs)

 

Compensation: Rs 4,00,000 - 5,00,000 /--- (Hike on last drawn)

 

Shift:24*7

 

Work Days:5 days working with 2 days rotational offs
