This role will require the person to understand the business/functional challenges and driving HR activities like employee engagement and relations, performance management, training development, retention, compensation etc. - The role holder will lead/facilitate the implementation of corporate HR initiatives/programs into the business to insure greater alignment with organization's HR policies and processes.
We are looking for an HR Business Analytics professional with 4-8yrs of experience. Who should have experience in preparing HR Dashboards and fully formulated reports. Would prefer hands on experience of Advance Excel Formulae, Pivots, Macros, data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau and working knowledge on SAP Success Factors analytics tool or any other data analytics tool etc. Should have ability or experience in producing predictive Analysis.
Graduate, Post Graduate.
Total 4-8 years work experience with an IT/ITES organization.
