JOB DETAIL

 

  • Stakeholder Management - building a strong professional relationship, both inter and intra department
  • Plan and execute employee engagement, delight, R&R and employee connect programs
  • Drive performance excellence, attrition control and retention management
  • To manage HR Operations including but not limited to on-boarding, orientation and separation management
  • To handle employee grievances and resolve employee relations issues
  • Work closely with team and employees to build morale, improve productivity and retention
  • Preparing routine as well as Adhoc HR reports and dashboards

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner/Generalist
  • Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical, goal and learning oriented
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
