JD for OBHR:
- Handling Induction, explaining job duties, employee benefits.
- Ensuring the completion of joining formalities (Issue Offer Letter / Appointment Letter, collection of required documents from new joiner) and Verifying of documents
- Updating the complete details of the new joiners in HRIS & Master Database, Coordination with Technical Team for official Email ID Creation, Maintaining employee personal data files
- Reference check as well as background verification of all the employees Conducting joining formalities of the new recruits and also co-ordination for training like Induction and Orientation.
- Responsible for new joiners documentation Maintaining personal files of the employees.
- Sending welcome mail about new joiners throughout the organization.
- Explaining the code of conduct, the company procedures policies.
- Explaining new joiners about the organization in terms of Mission, Vision, Objective its business Prepare the monthly payroll data in HRMS and process the final payout based on the attendance.
- Updating & promoting the Company Policies & Procedures through HRIS System & email, check for timely update of Time Management & Leave Management in the System.
- Conducting exit interview process for resigned, quite/terminated employees, Co-Ordinating for clearance with department.
- Smooth exit and issuing experience certificate and relieving letter, Coordinate & manage the full & final settlement with the help of finance division and sending circular to other department at the time of relieving of an employee
- Issue of Identity Cards, Asset Management, Arranging of Visiting cards, Letterheads, Stationary procurement & distribution to the employees etc.
- Maintaining all the HR related databases.
