Roles and Responsibilities
1. Coordinating for talent acquisition with very strong hiring acumen across all business verticals (Sales/Non -Sales).
2. Sound knowledge of various Job Portals like Naukri, LinkedIn and other social media platforms for posting and screening.
3. Communicate with Hiring Managers and arranging the interviews.
4. Follow up and assist with the candidates transition and onboarding process.
5. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counselling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
6. Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines.
7. Maintain confidentiality of all relevant information.
8. Understanding of other HR responsibilities and can handle them as and when required.
9. Review and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files.
10.Initiation and involvement in employee engagement activities and celebrations.
Desired Candidate Profile
4. Excellent Communication, strong convincing powers and relationship building skills.
5. Sincere, hardworking, flexible with work and timings and open to handle work pressure.
6. Candidate willing to join immediately and living in Noida preferable.
