Designation :- HR Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

Deep exposure on Infrastructure technologies hiring.

Manage the staffing process including allocation of workload among recruiting team by overseeing the activity and results of the team including completion of in-take sessions, posting requisitions, candidate sourcing, managing and screening of candidate flow, interview scheduling, candidate interviews, offer development and delivery, pre-employment screening, requisition closing, and new hire orientation and follow up.

Ensure that all phases of the recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, presentation, negotiation of offers and reference and background checks are properly coordinated, monitored, tracked, and executed

Manage the staffing process including allocation of work load among recruiting team-Releasing offer letter to candidates.

Analysing the Job orders and fully understanding the stakeholder specific needs and requirements.

Work Closely with the Hiring Managers on given requirements to effectively source and screen potential candidates and to maximise the effectiveness of the recruiting process and minimise the hiring TAT

Updates of prospective candidates need to share with HR life cycle team by the joining tracker.
