• Handling end to end recruitment process for the organisation, IT requirements majorly
• First level sourcing and screening of the candidates
• Documentation, Onboarding and ensuring smooth onboarding experience for the candidates
• Responsible to maintain candidate database and fill the requirements as early as possible/catering to urgent requirements
• Coordinating with the HR team at AWC, to ensure smooth fulfilment of the entire recruitment process
• Hiring for IT requirements of AWC and clients of AWC Software Pvt. Ltd.
• Drafting emails and other requested documents, to be shared with the candidates
• Creating Job Description (if required)

Desired Candidate Profile:

• A full time Bachelor's degree/Masters degree in Human Resource Management
• 3-5 years of experience in HR Recruitment, specifically IT Recruitment
• Good experience and knowledge in C2H hiring is a must have!
• Knowledge of various job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn etc.
• Excellent Communication skills
• Comfortable working from office in Noida, Sector 60
• Able to work on Saturdays in case of urgency/emergency
