Key Responsibility Job Description

Manage end to end recruitment (Technical Recruitment) from sourcing of candidates to release of the offer letter.
Strategizing hiring requirements according to business demands and ensuring that the hiring needs are met on time and in the most cost-effective manner.
Prepare reports on Recruitment updates for stakeholders.
Conducting preliminary interviews and coordinating with the interview panel.
Develop, influence, and execute a sourcing strategy for passive and active candidates.
Maintaining and developing candidate databases and trackers.
Utilize social media recruiting skills to market open positions, attract talent, and build online communities.
Confident and motivated self-starter with strong communication skills.
Attention to detail with an ability to work under pressure and tight timelines.
Effective problem-solving skills.
Proficient with MS Office
