Develop programs to enhance employee relations and offer employee support to each staff member
Ensure that the new hire orientation process properly introduces new employees to the corporate culture and technology stack
Help with recruitment efforts of the company
Help with HR data management
Deliver compensation and benefit comparison reports to the executive team as needed and make recommendations to improve the companys current offerings
Come up with new ways to measure employee morale and determine methods for improving overall employee satisfaction
Act as liaison between the company and outside legal and professional resources to ensure that all employment policies follow current laws and regulations
Requirements
Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), like Keka
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good problem-solving abilities
Team management skills
BSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field
Familiarity with social media
Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
Proficiency in Google suite, Microsoft Office, and other digital collaboration tools
