Fresher & Experienced both can apply.

Job Description:

The recruiting, interviewing, and screening responsibilities of HR recruiters can be further broken down by daily job duties,
which include:

• Understanding and Preparing Job Descriptions
• Sourcing/Screening profiles as per JD
• Posting Jobs on portals and social handles
• Calling applicants or cold calling if required
• Convincing candidates for the role
• Scheduling Interview
• Maintaining Database
• Coordinating with hiring managers
• Follow ups post selection and shortlisting
• Closing the mandates
• Preparing MIS
• Achieving Targets

Desired Candidate Profile:

Excellent Communication Skills required.
