Hands on experience of portals i.e. Naukri.com, Seek.com, Monster.com, Indeed.com, LinkedIn, Social Media etc
Must be a good negotiator
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants abilities
Probe and interview candidates using structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions
Coordinate with technical panel and Project managers for details of the requisitions
Report preparation and Data analysis
Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
