Bachelors degree in computer engineering, or similar field.
5+ years’ hands-on experience on the following of which at least 5 years in leading RPA, Intelligent Automation and managing teams. Should be from Development Background
Must have experienced in RPA tool Automation Anywhere and Intelligent Automation with Python and R
Modern engineering practices such as Behavior Driven Development (BDD), Test-Driven Development (TDD), using the Microsoft .NET stack
Full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
Software development background and scripting with one or more of the following languages: .Net, Java, PowerShell, Python
Excellent project management skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented and persistent; very organized and comfortable producing and managing the details.
Experience working with globally distributed teams in a multinational company
Familiarity with software architecture principles including open source, object-oriented programming, SaaS, service-oriented architecture, microservices and design patterns; and how architecture impacts team organization and performance.
Nice to have
Good to have experienced in different RPA and BPM tools like Work Fusion, UiPath and Blue Prism etc.
Experience in AI/ML.
Knowledge of the healthcare revenue cycle, EMRs, practice management systems, FHIR, HL7 and HIPAA is a major plus.
