JOB DETAIL

  • Facilitating new hire joining formalities and data management
  • Preparing and processing timely distribution of employee payouts, reimbursements, encashments and other Adhoc disbursements
  • Assist in monitoring/tracking employee relations issues including resolution and follow-up
  • Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance
  • Handling Separation Management including Full & Final settlement, Experience and Exit clearance
  • Maintaining and Updating database and personal files
  • Disseminate information to employees related to employer-employee relations, employee activities, and personnel policies and programs.
  • Contribute and execute, as required, to ongoing planning and process improvement activities
