Job Summary

In an effort to mobilize and strengthen the Evidence for Impact ecosystem in the South Asian context, Sambodhi is launching its Capacity Building Vertical with an exclusive MEL course - Monitoring and Evaluation for Development Professionals. The course is designed as a timely intervention to meet the capacity building needs of MEL practitioners in Global South. The course is developed for early career professionals and is grounded in practices and examples from South Asia in particular. Central to the execution of the course is a strong base to pursue and mobilize partnerships and market this unique offering through innovative and persistent strategies. For this, Sambodhi is looking for a Marketing and Partnerships Associate. The Associate will work closely with Senior Leadership at Sambodhi across Research and Communication verticals to help strategize partnerships (across Universities and Professional Bodies) and outreach efforts.

Essential Functions

An indicative list of activities that you may be involved in as Marketing and partnership Associate is as follows:

• Spearhead the marketing campaign for the MEL Course in coordination with Communications and Research Verticals
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to further the course business.
• Maintain strong communication between internal and external stakeholders and partners
• Execute and nurture partnerships under the guidance of senior leadership
• Any other task in congruence to above responsibilities

Desired profile

• 2-4 years experience in Marketing
• 1 year experience in Sales (preferable)
• Experience in fostering partnerships or working with multiple stakeholders required

Personal Competencies

• Ability to Strategize and Coordinate Marketing and Partnerships experience.
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communications Skill.
• Outstanding Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to work and coordinate with multiple stakeholders simultaneously
• Liase with Communications Verticals to manage social media channels
